Incubate your startup
Akili invests in founders with a vision for meaningful change.
Our incubation model makes sense for you if you have an early‑stage product but need help with go‑to‑market motions or if you have an incredible path to market and need help building your product.
Typically we invest up to $250k and offer product design, development, and/or commercialization services in exchange for founder shares.

What we look for:
- Ambitious founders that are solving problems they encounter directly

Become an entrepreneur in residence
As an EIR, you’ll validate a business opportunity and bring it to the market as a founder and executive. As part of your residence, Akili will provide competitive monthly compensation and fund your validation and building process up to $250k USD. Upon spin out of a company, you’ll have the option to join the company as a founder or executive with significant equity compensation.
What to expect as an EIR:
- Competitive salary (up to $4k USD/mo)
- Supportive team with half a century of combined experience building companies
- Adjustable 12‑week program dedicated to helping you unearth a business opportunity and go after it
- Funding for your project up to $250k USD based on milestone achievement
- Substantial equity upside in a venture you co-build with us, upon spin‑out
